Come out this week and learn fun versions of two popular Olympic sports! Pillow polo is a nerf-sticks/nerf-ball game similar to hockey, while handball is the youth version of this Olympic sport that is very popular in Europe. Handball is a "hands-only” version of indoor soccer, or as some say, water polo without the water. Look for plenty of skill learning, team play, and fun all week!

Parkour and the art of movement is the ability to move fluidly through your environment from one place to another. In this sports class, children will learn to safely progress through the basic parkour movements of jumping, vaulting, climbing, swinging, balancing, and rolling. Our program is based on the five pillars of social and emotional learning, which are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. These movements build strength, balance, and coordination, helping your child acquire the ability to engage with their environment while overcoming obstacles, both physically and mentally. Practicing parkour skills fosters creativity and boosts confidence.
